This is cosybay area right? Indeed angle is good. Overexposure, believe u are referring to the poles structure. Guess it is likely due to the metering from your ixus....if not.. might due to the slow shutter.. which results in the sky properly captured.. guess this is a tradeoff btw getting the sky right and shooting the structure right..
